For example, if you are witnessing someone getting bullied, you should step up at the right time to defend the victim because you are doing the right thing for stepping up for someone who is getting hurt. You should always step in for what you believe in at the right moment and time. By making the right choice, you are not only making yourself proud but you are also making others proud. By doing what’s right you will be recognized by others. You will feel good when you do good. You also have to have courage in order to do stuff. Especially when you’re trying to step for something. Having the courage to speak for others or for yourself is a big deal. That is being an assertive person. Stand up for yourself and have pride. Don’t be a follower. You do you.
